ENTRANCE From the spacious driveway a path leads to an oak-framed canopied porch and then into an attractive hallway with oak flooring. This in turn leads through to the ground floor living accommodation, as well as a very well equipped UTILITY ROOM with fitted cupboards, sleek units, Silestone worktop, Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. A sliding door opens to reveal a ground floor shower room (see details below) with direct access to/from the garden via a side door.
SITTING/DINING ROOM This stunning, light and bright open-plan living space is presented to the highest standards with beautiful wooden flooring throughout. The sitting area to one end features a delightful wood-burning stove, television with Sky, double sofas, two matching armchairs, coffee and side tables. Bi-folding glass doors open to the terrace and garden. The adjacent dining area is ideal for entertaining and features a large wooden table seating ten comfortably. A second set of bi-folding doors open to the terrace from this end of the living room, whilst a central door leads into a glass atrium and access to the first floor via an oak and glass staircase.
KITCHEN Also on the ground floor is an elegantly designed and very well equipped, hand crafted kitchen. The beautiful units are topped with Silestone and extend to create a breakfast bar with four stools. The kitchen is equipped with mostly Siemens appliances including a five-ring induction hob, integrated electric and microwave ovens, warming drawer, dishwasher, and full height fridge and freezers.
BEDROOMS Five in total. At first floor level are two superb en suite double rooms, each with a super-King size (zip and link) bed, bedside units and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table and stool. The immaculately presented en suites each have a large walk-in shower with ceiling-mounted rain head shower, vanity unit with wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light. Also at this level is a spacious children's bedroom/TV room with full-size bunk beds, wardrobe and drawers (children can bring their own X-Box or Playstation to use on the large TV, which also has its own Sky feed). This also has an en suite/adjacent shower room featuring a large walk-in shower with ceiling-mounted rain head and hand-held showers, vanity unit with wash-hand basin, w.c, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. A further flight of oak and glass stairs lead to two further bedrooms at second floor level, each of which have a King-size double bed, bedside units with lamps, wardrobe, dressing table and stool. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels excluding beach towels are supplied.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the three en suite bathrooms (above) there is a further shower room on the ground floor (adjacent to the utility room) with shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c, heated towel rail, shaver point and light, and a beautiful second floor family bathroom with freestanding bath, separate walk-in shower with ceiling-mounted rain head and hand-held showers, vanity unit with wash-hand basin, w.c, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. OUTSIDE Mostly lawned garden to the front, side and back of the house, plus a good-sized stone terrace (furnished with a garden table and eight chairs) to the rear also.
PARKING Off-road parking on driveway for 3-4 cars in front of the house.
OTHER INFORMATION Beautiful oak or tiled flooring in most ground floor rooms and walkways, with carpet in bedrooms. The house is centrally heated with underfloor heating throughout. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
