Set in historic Warfleet overlooking the Creek, this famous Grade II listed building has been a paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, the Dartmouth Pottery (home of the famous fish or 'gurgle' jugs). In a secluded position adjacent to unspoilt National Trust woodland, it's an ideal location for walkers with the South West Coast Path and the Diamond Jubilee Way passing in front of the building. Picturesque Dartmouth is only a 10-15 minute walk from the Pottery, with stunning views of the River Dart along the way, and, in the other direction, you're only a short distance from the Dartmouth Castle and tearooms. Now sensitively redeveloped to retain original features, there are ten apartments in the pottery building with the added bonus of parking on site.
