ACCOMMODATION Ground floor centrally heated poolside flat.

LOUNGE/DINING AREA Open plan, views over garden and harbour.  

LOUNGE AREA Freesat TV, DVD, hi-fi radio and CD system, patio door to poolside terrace. Fully sprung double sofa bed and two armchairs.

KITCHEN AREA With electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dining table, sideboard and four chairs.

HALL Large wardrobe cupboard, chest of drawers.

BEDROOM Overlooking garden, pool and harbour; two single beds, wardrobe and drawers. N.B. Duvets, pillows and linen provided.

BATHROOM Bath, thermostatic electric shower, hand basin, w.c. and shaver point.

OUTSIDE Four garden chairs, two folding sun beds.

OTHER INFORMATION Carpeted throughout. Hot water by electric water heater. Wireless broadband available.  N.B. There is a communal laundry situated in the building for guests use. The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year (subject to change).  Please check with office for confirmed dates.

Hi - property is very nice and we have loved staying there. It could do with a full length mirror on the wall outside the bathroom. At present there isn't a full length mirror in the property.

Very helpful in successful retrieval of a left item after we had checked out of 3 The Salcombe. Followed by good customer service in dealing with an issue we had with the cooker in 1 Homeleigh. We'll be back!

The Salcombe is an excellent location. Property was comfortable and well equipped with amazing views of the estuary. Fabulous outdoor heated pool.

Flat 3 The Salcombe is very dated, not very clean and in urgent need of a full refurbishment. It's simply not good enough for the price.

This apartment is in need of a facelift, the sofa's were not very comfortable, lack of spare light bulbs, cleanliness was poor. Crockery was dirty as was the wash handbasin in the toilet and tooth mug therein. The lack of a full length mirror was poor. The blinds in the bedroom would not stay up and were bent and dirty and the sitting room blinds were also bent in places. Having said that, the company were quick to rectify things. Location of the property is excellent, with convenient parking.

Despite the rainy weather all week the heated pool in the garden was a great bonus.  Number 3 is such an easy property and lovely having parking on site.  It has all the things you need and we feel much at home.  Thank you.
