This luxury duplex apartment has wonderful sea views from most living areas, the balcony and the private decking area and is just a short walk away from Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants. The accommodation - ideally suited to family groups or perhaps two couples - has been fully refurbished and stylishly furnished in recent years and is very well equipped  throughout. Dine al fresco on a decked terrace to the front of the property and enjoy the fabulous views.

Woodside Beach is a development of four delightful apartments with spectacular views over Salcombe Estuary towards the beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay, and out to sea across the 'bar'. The apartments each have parking for one car  (off-road parking or garage) and use of a secluded private beach.

ACCOMMODATION A luxury duplex apartment (first and second floors) with stunning views from the double bedrooms, decking area, kitchen and dining area.
KITCHEN The entrance leads directly into a spacious and very well equipped kitchen with lovely views out to sea. The kitchen has a range of stylish units, Silestone worktops, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
UTILITY ROOM Within the kitchen is a door to a small utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A good sized and attractively presented room with large L-shaped leather sofa, flatscreen TV with Freeview, surround sound (including in-built iPod dock), Blu-ray DVD player, Nintendo Wii, and contemporary wall mounted gas fire for cosy Winter evenings. The dining area affords lovely estuary views and has a large oak table with six rattan chairs. Double French doors lead out to a large area of decking with glass topped table and six chairs.
BEDROOMS Stairs lead up to three bedrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a super-King size bed (6') with leather headboard, bedside units, fitted wardrobe, drawers, chair, flatscreen TV/DVD, iPod/radio unit and door to balcony with table and two chairs. En suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), dual vanity units, w.c., heated towel rail and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has twin single beds (that can be zipped linked on request to create a super-King size bed), bedside units, wardrobe, drawers, flat screen TV/DVD and iPod/radio unit. The third bedroom - ideal for children has cabin-style bunk beds, flat screen TV/DVD and Nintendo Wii. N.B All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.
BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot with mattress, a bag of high quality toddler toys, a  folding wooden highchair, a steriliser and a play mat for infants are available.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a shower room (on the lower floor), with fully tiled shower cubicle with power shower, wash hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail and under-floor heating.
OUTSIDE Large decking area with table and chairs, and balcony off master bedroom.
PRIVATE BEACH AND MOORING Steps lead down through a cliff garden to a spacious private beach (for Woodside Beach guests only), with decking, barbecue and rock pools to explore.  A single running mooring is included but subject to pre-booking and availability, for a small boat or dinghy with tiller steering only.  A swinging, deeper water mooring may be also available for boats up to 17' at a cost of £150.00 per week - please call for further details.
PARKING Allocated parking for one car in the garage on Cliff Road. (Dimensions can be provided on request).
OTHER INFORMATION The apartment has gas-fired central heating and hot water throughout with high quality laminate flooring in all the main rooms. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.  Wireless broadband internet and telephone available.
