Clean modern interior, nice kitchen with everything you need, warm and lots of information, odd little beach bungalows but a good base for exploring the area easy to find. Lovely views of south Hams hills at the back, small outdoor space but lots of buckets and spades in the shed, so good for children. Bunk beds were fun.

Great value for money, clean and well equipped for our needs. Great to have a designated parking space. Will be perfect when both children can use the bunk beds, had to squeeze youngest and cot into master bed, but still worked. Great access to the park, and local shop by foot.
