LOCATION Close to waterfront, a short walk from shops and ferries.
KITCHEN Electric oven, gas hob, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Double sofa, two chairs, TV, CD Player and audio unit. Dining table and chairs.
BEDROOMS One with twin 3' beds (en suite); one with 3' bed (both on first floor); one with 4'6" bed (on ground floor). N.B. Duvets and pillows provided. Tenants require own towels.
LINEN AND TOWELS: All Bed linen will be provided, however guests will need to bring their own towels, beach towels, tea towels and bath mats.
BATHROOMS Two: one with bath, wash-hand basin, w.c. and shaver point; one (en suite to main bedroom) with shower, hand basin, w.c. and shaver point. Also separate w.c. and hand basin on ground floor.
OUTSIDE Small integral garage 7ft (213cms) wide and is only suitable for a small car. Private mooring for a dinghy.(Dimensions can be provided on request).
OTHER INFORMATION The property is carpeted throughout. Hot water and central heating are by a gas fired boiler.

“The location is excellent. The master bedroom and ensuite are well equipped and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped although cutlery is of poor quality.
The double room is in fact a single room with a double bed in it. It is too small to be useful as a double bedroom, with inadequate hanging space for clothes and difficult to negotiate during the night when visiting the toilet. The lack of suitable parking should be more strongly stressed as the garage is unusable unless you have a Fiat 500 or a Smart car. The TV only has 4 channels and sometimes they don't have a good signal depending on the weather apparently. There is no WiFi. Had the weather been kinder this may not have mattered but as we had typical British summer weather it would have helped.”

We were grateful for your feedback in respect of the parking and although our property description does mention 'small car', we have also added that the garage is narrow (actual dimensions are 7' or 213 cms wide). Thank you for your comments in respect of the tv and wifi. Whilst we agree that wireless broadband is an essential service for most guests, not every holiday home owner currently supplies this option. We will continue to encourage all owners in this respect and will forward your comments to this particular owner. \nWe do hope you choose to stay with us again.
