A well maintained house, part of a small, centrally located development close to the waterfront and just a short level walk to the town centre and quayside. The property is equipped to a good standard, providing comfortable holiday accommodation equally suited to a family or couples. There is also a private mooring available for a dinghy and parking for one small car.
LOCATION Close to waterfront, a short walk from shops and ferries.
KITCHEN Electric oven, gas hob, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Double sofa, two chairs, TV, CD Player and audio unit. Dining table and chairs.
BEDROOMS One with twin 3' beds (en suite); one with 3' bed (both on first floor); one with 4'6" bed (on ground floor). N.B. Duvets and pillows provided. Tenants require own towels.
LINEN AND TOWELS: All Bed linen will be provided, however guests will need to bring their own towels, beach towels, tea towels and bath mats.
BATHROOMS Two: one with bath, wash-hand basin, w.c. and shaver point; one (en suite to main bedroom) with shower, hand basin, w.c. and shaver point. Also separate w.c. and hand basin on ground floor.
OUTSIDE Small integral garage 7ft (213cms) wide and is only suitable for a small car. Private mooring for a dinghy.(Dimensions can be provided on request).
OTHER INFORMATION The property is carpeted throughout. Hot water and central heating are by a gas fired boiler.
