LOCATION Ringrone is a historic property set in mature grounds in an elevated position above the mouth of the Salcombe estuary. Popular South Sands beach well known for water sports and the famous passenger ferry (see image) that runs to Salcombe town through the main season is just a 5-7 minute downhill walk away, whilst the beautiful Overbecks (National Trust) gardens are on its doorstep. North Sands beach and Salcombe itself can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes.

ENTRANCE From the parking area a level ground floor entrance porch opens into the very spacious sitting room.
SITTING ROOM An attractive reception room has two distinct sitting areas. The first space has a sofa, pouffe and window seating, and is the perfect spot for the morning papers or simply to take in the view. This area opens into the main lounge which is furnished with a large sofa, three armchairs, window seat, TV and DVD/Blu-ray player. The room has high ceilings and a lovely feature fireplace (fire not in use), as well as a range of books, games and toys for young families.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM The modern and well-equipped kitchen has a range of white gloss units, Neff induction hob and oven/grill, larder fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, CD/radio and breakfast bar. The dining area has a large oak table seating six comfortably. Doors lead out to side terrace. An adjacent UTILITY ROOM houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and Belfast sink.
BEDROOMS Two. The master bedroom has a super-King size bed (can be split into twin beds on request), oak units and drawers, fitted wardrobe and sink. French doors lead to the shared front terrace. The second bedroom is a twin with two pine framed single beds, bedside unit, drawers, fitted wardrobes and sink (a z-bed is available for one additional child on request). All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Tenants will require beach and tea towels.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS There is a good sized bathroom with bath, electric shower (over), hand-held shower attachment, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. In addition is a small shower room with shower cubicle, w.c., and wash-hand basin.
BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot and high chair are available, as well as plastic beakers, plates etc., toys and games.
OUTSIDE To the side of the apartment is a large terrace area with table and six chairs. An additional private dining area is adjacent to the kitchen. Barbecue available.
PARKING Allocated parking for two cars.
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted throughout with laminate flooring in the kitchen and hallway. Electric heating and hot water via immersion. Wireless broadband internet and telephone (for local calls only) available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
