A spacious and comfortable two bedroomed town house with accommodation arranged over three floors and a small patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue for dining al fresco. This property is furnished and decorated to a good standard and is located in an attractive mews development, with private parking, just a short walk from the picturesque Salcombe waterfront and town.

LOCATION An attractive mews development adjacent to the Parish Church and within a few minutes walking distance of shops, restaurants and quays.
KITCHEN The fully fitted, galley kitchen (off Sitting Room) has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
SITTING/DINING ROOM A comfortably furnished room on the first floor with TV, DVD, music centre, two double sofas and dining table seating four. Patio doors lead out to the balcony overlooking the church. French doors to rear lead to a small area of decking with steps down to the patio area.
BEDROOMS Two, both on second floor. The master bedroom has a pine double bed, matching bedside units, drawers and fitted wardrobes. A twin room has two pine single beds, bedside unit and fitted wardrobes. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen is supplied - tenants require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOM (Also on the second floor) A well presented family bathroom has a bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, and w.c. Airing cupboard on landing. In addition there is a CLOAKROOM on the ground floor with w.c. and wash-hand basin.
OUTSIDE A small private patio to the rear has outdoor furniture and barbeque.
GARAGE Accessed from entrance hall and with washing machine, tumble dryer, small freezer and Belfast sink.
PARKING for one car in/or in front of the garage.
BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot and high chair are available for guests.
OTHER INFORMATION Fully carpeted throughout and with gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking.

“Clean and comfortable accommodation. Well fitted-out although a bit dated in places. Wifi would be a really useful bonus as phone signal is limited. Although no view of the water it does have limited views of the countryside and the nearby church makes it feel quite cottagey. It is very close to shops,restaurants and the water.”
