A terraced cottage, comfortably furnished and presented to a good standard throughout.  The property is ideally situated in a level central position, close to Salcombe's quayside, shops, pubs and restaurants and just a few minutes from the car park. Views of the picturesque Salcombe harbour and estuary from the balcony.

LOCATION Ideally situated in a level position close to the shops and quays, with a car park a few minutes away.
VIEWS Views of the harbour from the balcony and one bedroom.
SITTING ROOM/BEDROOM 3 On ground floor with double sofa, 3' stacker bed, TV/ DVD with Freeview.
LOUNGE On top floor with sofas, chairs, TV with Sky , DVD, hi-fi, tiled floor balcony leading off with table and chairs.
KITCHEN Fully refurbished kitchen on the ground floor. Spacious and well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob and extractor hood, dining table and chairs.
BEDROOMS Bedroom 1- with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath, electric shower over, w.c. and wash-hand basin. Bedroom 2 - with 3ft twin beds.
N.B. Duvets and pillows provided.  (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams.  To hire towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk)

LINEN AND TOWELS: All Bed linen will be provided, however guests will need to bring their own towels, beach towels, tea towels and bath mats.

BATHROOMS Two: one en suite, both with bath, shower over, w.c., wash-hand basin and shaver point.
OUTSIDE Rear yard with access to Church Lane.
PARKING* A parking pass is provided for one car in the long-stay car park (2-5 minutes walk).  Additional on road parking is usually available nearby.

OTHER INFORMATION Double glazed. Hot water and central heating by gas fired boiler. Wireless broadband internet available. No Smoking & not pet friendly.

“We had a lovely break in Salcombe. We were really impressed with the property and it was v well equipped. The living room with balcony at the top of the house was great-and to have an estuary view was fab, also the proximity of the house to the centre of Salcombe was a real bonus (we had a pram and toddler so that was really beneficial). Salcombe itself is lovely and all of the activities we did were great fun. The beaches we visited were amazing (East Portlemouth being my favourite).
My only suggestion to the property owners would be to perhaps put a little table & chair set on the balcony as that space could then be used on a warm day.)
To summarise I would recommend both the property & Salcombe-we had a great time and would definitely come back in the future.”

Following on from our earlier reply, we have now heard from the owners who were very grateful for your review.  They have advised that there is a table and several chairs for the balcony in the cupboard in the eaves to the right of the balcony doors.   The only stipulation the owners have is that the furniture is not left out as the weather causes a detrimental effect.   Thank you again for your comments; we hope to welcome you back to this property in the not too distant future.

“Lovely little house right in the hub of Salcombe with great facilities and level access to town. Has a great little outdoor space for drying wet gear and a large kitchen (for a small house) for socialising.
Lovely little balcony in the roof for checking out the activity on the water in the evening sun with a glass of wine.”
