A comfortable first floor flat with lovely views situated in central Salcombe within a few yards of the harbour, shops and restaurants. The property is equally suited to couples or a family, and offers comfortable holiday accommodation with fabulous estuary views over Whitestrand and the main anchorage.

LOCATION A central Salcombe location within a few yards of the harbour, shops and restaurants.
VIEWS Estuary views over Whitestrand and the main anchorage.
KITCHEN/SITTING ROOM Open plan living room overlooking Whitestand and the harbour that includes comfortable sitting area with chairs, sofa bed, TV, DVD, video and CD hi-fi. Dining table and four chairs. The new kitchen area comprises electric oven and grill, 4 ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. Washer/dryer in second bedroom.
BEDROOMS Two in total. Master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite shower room, with shower, w.c. and wash hand-basin. Bedroom two has 3' bunk beds, hanging space and bedside units. N.B. Duvets and pillows provided.  (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams.  To hire towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk)

LINEN AND TOWELS:- All Bed linen will be provided, however guests will need to bring their own towels, beach towels, tea towels and bath mats.

OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating and hot water. Wi-Fi available from March 2018.

“A lovely, spacious and well equipped apartment with a lovely view which couldn't be better located right in the centre of Salcombe, and literally feet away from the Victoria Inn, our favourite!

The only thing missing is Wi-Fi, which would be appreciated, but we highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.”
