Set in historic Warfleet, just half a mile or so from the centre of Dartmouth. Built in 1819, this famous Grade II listed building has variously been a paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, The Dartmouth Pottery. Now sensitively redeveloped, nine beautiful new apartments and eight superb town houses have been created in the adjacent landscaped grounds.

ACCOMMODATION A luxury and well equipped apartment with accommodation on three levels.

ENTRANCE/HALLWAY A private side entrance leads into a spacious hallway off which is the living room and kitchen.  Oak stairs lead down to the twin bedroom whilst three steps lead up from the hallway to the double room.   

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A stylishly presented area with oak flooring, original stone walls and two large windows. The sitting area has a two seater leather sofa with matching leather chair and additional armchair, glass table, flat screen TV with Freeview and digital radio with iPod docking station. The dining area consists of a glass topped table and seating for four. The kitchen is well equipped with tiled floor and granite work surfaces, five-ring halogen hob, electric double oven (including microwave), dishwasher, and integral fridge and freezer.

BEDROOMS Two in total.  On the upper level is the master bedroom with King size bed, bedside tables, double wardrobe and freestanding mirror with shelving. The second bedroom is on the lower ground floor and has two single beds, bedside tables and en suite with large shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail and shaver point. A door from the bedroom leads out to a storage area comprising of the washing machine and hanging space.  N.B All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a luxurious family bathroom on the upper level comprising of bath with hand-held shower attachment, wash hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail and shaver point.

OUTSIDE There is a small open area to the front of the apartment with table and two chairs.  To the rear of The Pottery is a communal seating area with flower beds and shrubs.

PARKING Allocated parking available for one car within a few yards of the apartment, plus visitors spaces on a first come first served.

“The Pottery at Warfleet is a little gem.  Loved the location, beautifully decorated, good furniture to match and everything one needs for self catering. Parking is also right outside the front door - what more could you want?”
