‘Thurlestone Beach House’ is a development of luxury apartments and one beach house, set within landscaped gardens, situated just half a mile from the village of Thurlestone, and just a few minutes from the beach and coast path. 6 Thurlestone Beach House is a semi-detached pet-friendly beach house boasting sea views.

The entrance leads into a hallway, providing access to the main living accommodation and master bedroom.

There is a cloakroom off the hallway, with w.c., and separate utility room.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Rangemaster cooker, granite worktop, breakfast bar, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

The combined living area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, sofa and TV/DVD, and dining table.

French doors lead out to the terrace, which leads to communal landscaped gardens.

The master bedroom boasts a Queen-size bed, en suite shower room and French doors leading onto the terrace.

The second bedroom is a double, the third is a twin room, and the fourth has full-size bunk beds.

All duvets, bed linen and towels (excluding cot linen and beach towels) are included.

There is a further family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

There is a small, private area of garden to the side of the property.

Baby friendly, the property is fully equipped (including travel cot, highchair, children’s crockery).

The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
