Covered designated parking for one car only per apartment is available at Crabshell Quay, with on street parking usually available nearby. The Quay public car park is approximately 5 minutes walk away.

ACCOMMODATION A superb second floor apartment furnished and equipped to a very high standard.
ENTRANCE Two flights of stairs lead up to the door of the apartment.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM Open plan living area with beautifully crafted kitchen, incorporating granite work surfaces, electric oven and hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. (Washer/dryer in hall cupboard). The dining area has an oval table with four high backed chairs. There are two further chairs in the bedrooms. The sitting area has two comfortable double sofas, coffee table, flatscreen TV, DVD and CD/radio. French doors with Juliet balcony and views over the tidal estuary.
BEDROOMS Two in total. Large master bedroom with double bed, glass bedside units, built-in wardrobe and en suite shower room, comprising shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and w.c. with Estuary views. Bedroom two is a twin room with two single beds, glass bedside units and built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels - except those for the beach - are provided.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
PARKING Covered designated parking is strictly for one car only (no trailers permitted). On street parking is available within 100 yards away (subject to use). Alternatively you can use the Quay long stay public car park which is a 10 minute walk away.
