LOCATION A comfortable, well equipped first-floor flat within a few minutes walk of the town centre, an ideal location for a summer holiday or out-of-season break.
VIEWS Superb estuary views towards the main anchorage and Batson Creek from the lounge and main bedroom.
LIVING/DINING ROOM A pleasantly furnished room with two sofas, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD, video and CD player.
KITCHEN Fully fitted with gas cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
BEDROOMS Two: one with 5ft bed and one with twin beds with additional roll-out bed. N.B. Duvets and pillows provided. 

LINEN AND TOWELS: All Bed linen will be provided, however guests will need to bring their own towels, beach towels, tea towels and bath mats.

BATHROOM Bath with shower over, w.c. and hand basin.
PARKING Space for one car.
OTHER INFORMATION Central heating and hot water by combi-boiler. Broadband internet available.

We found most things excellent within the flat and the description was good, so we had a fair idea of what we could expect. We think bed linen and towels should be included in the price. It is within easy walking distance of the town, takes a little longer to get back because it is very hilly. Many good eating/drinking places within the town, plus a good variety of shops. Marked out spaces for parking is good at the apartment which is essential in Salcombe, due to very few places to park within the town. Lots of interesting trips by small boats to other nearby beaches etc..

Good location and good value for money. Everything there we needed only downside no outside space would be nice to have spare tv in main bedroom. But we knew that before we arrived

Flat 6 suits us very well.  Wonderful views of the harbour, the accommodation is excellent and the parking space is a must.  We shall be booking again for the 10th visit and of course will benefit from your excellent service.
