ACCOMMODATION A delightful second floor apartment with stunning sea views, designed and equipped to the very highest standards ideal for a small family or couples looking for a getaway.
VIEWS Superb views over the 'bar' and mouth of the estuary towards Prawle Point from the living area and master bedroom.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A light and well presented open plan room with large picture window and views out to sea. Bespoke kitchen with oak fittings, polished granite worktops and Kuppersbusch appliances including ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and built in microwave. Door leads out to a side balcony. The dining area has a wooden table and seating for six people whilst the sitting area has two double leather sofas positioned to take in the wonderful view, flatscreen TV and DVD player.
BEDROOMS Master bedroom with 5' wooden bed and superb estuary views. En suite shower room, wash hand basin, w.c. and shaver point. The second bedroom is to the rear of the apartment and has two single beds, wardrobe and good sized bedside cabinets. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a small bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and shaver point.
OUTSIDE To the side of the apartment is a private decked balcony with table and four chairs. Gas barbeque available.
PARKING For one car (in front of garage).
OTHER INFORMATION Stripped ash flooring in most areas with fitted carpet in each bedroom. Broadband Internet available. Use of large communal laundry and drying room containing washing machines and tumble dryers, plus an area to hang wet towels, sailing clothes etc.

The apartment was in a very clean and tidy condition when we arrived. The instructions for finding the apartment were clear and when we visited them to make some enquiries the satf fwere very friendly and helpful.

This is our third stay at 7 Grafton Towers, and it hopefully won't be the last..It suits us perfectly for location, accomodation and price.

The photos do not show the apartment as bright and airy, in fact we both thought it was going to be really dark inside, however when we got there we were really surprised on how good it was, excellent views, nice quiet area of Salcome. Not a place to stop if you don't like steps, or having to walk 20 mins into the centre. This was not a problem for us, and it does say in the details that its an apartment high up.
