7 Island Quay is a comfortable and very well presented three-storey town house, part of a small, centrally located development close to the waterfront and just a short level walk to the town centre and quayside. LOCATION Island Quay is a small development of town houses at the end of Island Street, just a short walk from Salcombe's array of boutique shops, restaurants and beautiful sailing harbour. The sandy beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay are easily accessed via a small passenger ferry that runs throughout the year from the centre of the town.
