A development of luxury apartments set in landscaped gardens just 1/2 mile (10-15 minute walk) from the picturesque village of Thurlestone and just 5-10 minutes walking distance to the beautiful dog friendly Thurlestone beach and South West Coast Path. The apartments are all fitted and equipped to a high specification and enjoy the benefit of allocated parking for one car.

Apartment 8 (First Floor)

This luxurious and easily accessible first floor apartment has spectacular sea views from the open plan living area and West-facing balcony where you can watch the beautiful sunset. The luxury accommodation is tastefully presented, stylishly furnished and very well equipped, particularly for young families - the property is also dog friendly and offers the perfect base from which to discover the delights of the South Hams coast and countryside. N.B. Designated parking is available for one car only (visitor spaces are not in use).

HALL Spacious with cushioned wood flooring
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Luxury fitted tiled kitchen with granite worktops. The smart and modern Bosch and Neff appliances include a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo Tea and Coffee machine and gas oven and hob. There is a music system with CD radio. The dining area with table and six chairs is at the rear of the room. The luxurious and contemporary lounge area includes a large 'L' shape corner leather sofa, coffee table and a 40" Smart 4K Ultra HD flat screen television with Bluetooth Sound Bar, Freeview HD and netflix and a video/ DVD player. Double doors open to a large balcony with table, chairs and wonderful views of the sea and coastline.
UTILITY ROOM Entered through a door from the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and airing rack.
BEDROOMS The spacious master bedroom takes advantage of the lovely sea view and has a luxury king-sized bed, two sets of bedside cabinets and large chest of drawers plus plenty of hanging space and a flatscreen TV with freeview and integrated DVD. The en suite bathroom has a large power shower, w.c., wash hand basin, illuminated mirror and shaver point. The second bedroom has twin single beds with matching bedside chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has extra long adult sized bunk beds of the highest quality. N.B Duvets, pillows, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are included.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Including Travel Cot & Highchair
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, illuminated mirror and shaver point.
OUTSIDE Additionally there is a West facing decked balcony with stunning views, situated to take advantage of afternoon and evening sunshine, with patio table and chairs. There are 1.5 acres of landscaped, communal gardens, including a sheltered sunken garden and barbeque area.
PARKING Designated parking is strictly for one car only (no trailers or additional overnight visitors cars are permitted). Free parking is usually available within the village (approx. 1/2 a mile away).
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly real wood flooring throughout. Strictly no smoking. One well behaved dog permitted on request. Free wireless broadband internet is available.

“Very well equipped, spotlessly clean with very pleasant views from balcony and master bedroom. The half mile walk to the beach was manageable but it was more than the half mile stated to get to Thurlestone village. should have taken salt and pepper (haven't done this for a long time during my 30 years of self catering as well as extra loo rolls as there were two for six people. Not a problem if there is a local shop). That said there were no problems and despite pretty awful weather with flooded lanes we had a very restful time. I was unable to get a mobile signal most of the time and with no landline it was a worry should one of us have been ill or family needed to contact us.
All in all a good stay.”

“An excellent base for the area. Accommodation is very good and comfortable. Generally very well equipped, though a few more mugs would have been welcome ( I don't like running the dishwasher part full to get clean mugs and am not on holiday to handwash them!!!).”
