DINING ROOMwith wooden dining table and chairs for four people, a small dresser, airing cupboard and storage cupboards. Stairs with a handrail lead up from the dining room to the first floor.
KITCHENGalley-style kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer,
UTILITY AREAA small area adjacent to the bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer.
BATHROOMwith bath, electric shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin with heated towel rail.
BEDROOMSMaster bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and views over the town. Painted wood floor with rug. The second bedroom - preferably for children only - has modern 3' bunk beds and built in wardrobe. Patio door leads on to terrace and garden beyond. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen, bath and hand towels provided - tenants will need to bring their own tea towels and beach towels.
OUTSIDEAt the rear of the property is a good size garden with terrace area (accessed via the bunk bedroom) with patio table and chairs and pleasant views of the estuary. The garden has two areas of lawn leading to a summer house.
PARKING*A seasonal parking pass is provided for the long stay car park (approximately 5-10 minute walk) from 4th April 2015 for six months
OTHER INFORMATIONOak flooring at ground floor level and painted wooden flooring in 1st floor bedrooms. Heating via night storage units and hot water by immersion heater. A travel cot is provided at this property. Strictly no smokers or pets allowed.

“On the whole it was a pleasant cottage- it could do with freshening up in parts, for example the outside patio and outside area. The negative was the bathroom- quite poor.”
