Boasting five en suite bedrooms, including a special ‘master’ suite with huge bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, the property is perfect for special family holidays, two families holidaying together or up to five couples looking for an ideal retreat for a celebratory break. Arranged over three floors, with a roof terrace, three balconies and beautiful grounds, the floor-to-ceiling windows and huge sliding doors to outside spaces, ‘bring the outside in’ and offer sea views through the trees.  With very light, bright and spacious living, kitchen and dining areas, ideal for entertaining, this is the perfect location for enjoying a truly memorable Salcombe holiday.  Outside there is plenty of parking for up to five cars plus lots of outside space for al fresco dining or for the children to burn off any remaining energy, after a day at the beach!

LOCATION Nestled in peaceful woodland on Salcombe’s Moult Hill, Bridleway House is just half a mile, or around a 10 minute walk, from the beautiful sandy beach at South Sands, perfect for sandcastles or water sports.  Hop on the tiny South Sands Ferry (see in 'Photos') from the beach to enjoy Salcombe from the water, or take the short drive from the property to the centre of the popular sailing town to wander around pretty streets, exploring art galleries and individual shops.  Enjoy fresh Salcombe crab and locally caught seafood at one of the many restaurants or sample some delicious Salcombe Dairy ice cream whilst soaking up the wonderful views.  Salcombe’s North Sands, with the popular Winking Prawn beachside café, is also just a 10 minute walk down from the property.
VIEWS Fabulous floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms provide lovely views over the grounds and neighbouring woodland, with sea views through the trees.
ENTRANCE Stylish stone-clad entrance and large solid oak front door leads into a very spacious and bright entrance hallway with beautiful contemporary driftwood effect porcelain tiled stone floor.  A stunning oak and glass open tread staircase rises to the first and second floors. Door to CLOAKROOM With w.c and basin. Tiled floor and radiator. Two steps lead down from the entrance area to:
KITCHEN/DINING/BREAKFAST ROOMS An exceptional, open plan, bright space with huge floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading to the outside terraces, ideal for entertaining and large groups on holiday.  Beautifully finished with contemporary porcelain tiled flooring and underfloor heating throughout.  
The ultra-modern kitchen boasts Dekton work surfaces, large central island with stools, and Neff appliances, including a five-zone induction hob, oven, oven/microwave, plate warming drawer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and wine fridge, making self-catering a pleasure.  Windows to the rear of the property offer views over the extensive grounds.  A high breakfast ‘bar table’ and six stools plus a large dining table with ten chairs on the outside terrace leading from this area, give great options for breakfast whatever the weather!
The main dining area itself features a very special circular table – made from glass and teakwood it adds a real ‘wow’ to the room – plus ten chairs. The addition of bean bags, a 55" TV and sideboard, with a selection of board games, to this area, make this the perfect space for relaxing with friends and family after dining.  Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead out onto the terrace, with sofa set and views over the gardens. UTILITY ROOM A door from kitchen leads through to a very large utility room, with Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer, sink and melamine work surface. Hooks for coats and space for shoes, boots and beach equipment. Tiled floor.
SITTING ROOM Another bright and stylishly appointed room (off the dining area), again with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, leading onto the terrace.  Furnished with two large four seater sofas plus two armchairs providing seating for all in front of the contemporary ‘Studio 2’ wood burning fire (logs provided) and 49" TV, perfect for cosy winter nights in.
EN SUITE BEDROOMS Five in total, three of which are on the first floor and two on the second floor, all stylishly and comfortably furnished and featuring oak flooring. En suite bathrooms are beautifully tiled and feature Villeroy and Boch fittings. Two additional children under two years of age can also be accommodated on request.
 N.B. Two bedrooms* are presented as twin bedrooms, but each can be arranged as a super-King size double bed on request at time of booking.
On the first floor the beautifully designed MASTER suite is superbly presented with a super-King bed, large walk-in wardrobe, two chest of drawers, bedside tables, chair and 40" TV.  Huge floor-to-ceiling doors offers view through the trees to the sea. The very large en suite bathroom features a freestanding bath, with dimmable lighting above, a large walk-in shower, large basin, w.c. and two heated towel rails.
BEDROOM 2 (1st floor) boasts a fantastic corner position, with floor to ceiling windows on two sides and is stylishly furnished with super-King bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, 32’’ TV and bedside chair. The en suite bathroom includes bath, with dimmable lighting above, walk-in shower, w.c, basin and heated towel rail.
BEDROOM 3 (1st floor) offers twin beds (*can be presented as super-King on request), built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, 40" TV and floor-to-ceiling doors leading to a balcony overlooking the grounds. Furnished with small outside table and chairs, this is the ideal space for some peace and quiet!  The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, w.c, basin and heated towel rail. Stairs continue to the Second Floor:
BEDROOM 4 (2nd floor) layout and presentation similar to Bedroom 2 (minus the dressing table) but with sliding doors leading to the roof terrace (see below).
BEDROOM 5 (2nd floor) layout and presentation similar to Bedroom 3 (with freestanding wardrobe) but with sliding doors leading to the roof terrace (see below).
ROOF TERRACE Boasting views over the woodlands towards the sea and furnished with bean bags and a sofa set.
OUTSIDE The grounds of around one acre have been carefully landscaped to maintain the peaceful woodland setting.  Multiple terraces and balconies provide plenty of choices for al fresco dining or escaping with a good book.  Areas of garden are laid to lawn and beds are finished with shrubs.
PARKING Secure off-road parking on two driveways next to the house, for up to five cars.
OTHER INFORMATION Beautiful contemporary driftwood effect porcelain tiled flooring to the ground floor. Stylish engineered oak flooring to upper floors whilst bathrooms are all fully-tiled.  The house is fully double-glazed and enjoys the benefit of under-floor heating.  Wireless broadband internet available.  The seven SMART TVs offer Freeview and the Samsung Smart Hub gives access to iPlayer, Amazon Prime and Netflix (you will require your code). USB charging points by the side of each bed and in the living space for charging electrical devices. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. N.B. £500.00 (refundable) security deposit is required when booking this property - the Accidental Damage Waiver cannot be applied.
