KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A light and spacious open plan living area with two sets of French doors leading out to a narrow balcony. The sunny sitting area is furnished to a very good standard with both a 3-seater and a double sofa, armchairs, TV with DVD player, and feature fireplace (not in use). The adjacent dining area has a long wooden table seating up to seven guests comfortably, whilst the kitchen has attractive white units, four ring induction hob with oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave and two fridges (one with freezer compartment).
BEDROOMS Four in total. On the lower ground floor level is a good sized double room with original stone flooring, King-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and drawers. The room offers access to the garden via small French doors (height approximately 1.25m), an inner lobby and wooden steps. The other three bedrooms are all on the first floor and include a second double with King-size wooden-framed bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, drawers and chair. The third bedroom has a regular double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, drawers and feature fireplace, whilst the fourth is a spacious single room. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
SHOWER ROOMS On the first floor is a well presented shower room with corner shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin, bidet and heated towel rail. At the lower level (adjacent to the double bedroom) is a further shower room with large walk-in shower, w.c., basin/vanity unit and heated towel rail. Between the shower room and bedroom is an open UTILITY AREA with washing machine and tumble dryer, and racks for drying beachwear, wetsuits etc.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the house is a courtyard garden with small stone and gravelled terrace, and decking area (on the steps up to the ground floor). Garden table and chairs available.
PARKING An annual parking pass for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride.
