The Court House is a spacious property with an appealing black and white Georgian facade, close to the centre of Salcombe. The upper two levels of a three storey house, the property offers direct, level access from Buckley Street. Enjoy superb views towards East Portlemouth and South Pool Creek from the balcony.

LOCATION Situated at the very end of Buckley Street close to the centre of the town, within easy access of Salcombe's famous waterfront, and renowned shops, pubs and restaurants.
VIEWS Superb views across towards East Portlemouth and South Pool Creek from the terrace, double bedrooms and balcony.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM The entrance from Buckley Street leads into a light and sunny open plan lounge area with two large sofas, feature gas stove, TV, DVD/Video and CD hi-fi. The room opens out to provide a dining area with large ash table, benches and rattan chairs. At the other end of the lounge is a separate 'zone' for kids (or parents) looking to escape!
KITCHEN The ultra modern kitchen with sleek fitted units has a 4-ring range cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and small tumble drier.
CLOAKROOM On ground floor with w.c. and wash-hand basin.
BEDROOMS Four in total, all on the 1st floor. Master bedroom with king-size bed and wardrobe. Further double room with twin beds. The third bedroom has full size bunk beds whilst the fourth bedroom has a 4' bed. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (other than those for the beach) provided.
BATHROOM One bathroom situated on the first floor level with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, bidet and w.c. Second shower room also located on first floor with wash-hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE Terrace area extending out from kitchen with table and chairs. A balcony runs the length of the lounge and joins the terrace.
PARKING A parking permit for one car is provided for the long-stay car park (available from 2018)
OTHER INFORMATION The property offers gas central heating and hot water. The ground floor level has beautiful oak flooring with slate tiles in the kitchen and carpet upstairs.  Broadband internet available.
