Modern kitchen with central breakfast bar, two stools and cupboard storage. Appliances include 4-ring ceramic hob, electric fan assisted oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. Small utility area/cloakroom to the side of the kitchen that can also be used as an entrance
BEDROOMS Four in total - all on the first floor. Master bedroom has sea view glimpses, a King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. En suite bathroom with large shower unit and 'rain' shower head, wash hand-basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light. Twin bedroom with single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, mirror. Third bedroom has a single bed with a pull out stacker bed and a wardrobe. Fourth bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside unit and lamps, wash hand basin, shaver point and light. N.B Duvets, pillows and linen provided - tenants require all towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available at property.
