Gooder House is a very well presented wholly refurbished Victorian end terrace house with some river views from the lounge, ideally located just 5 minutes downhill walk into Dartmouth town centre. The tastefully furnished, pet-friendly accommodation is divided over three floors, and is equipped to a very high standard throughout - the house also enjoys the benefit of a lovely sheltered terrace, ideal for al fresco entertaining, as well as integrated garage parking for a small/medium family car.
LOCATION The house is in Above Town, a narrow lane (6' width restriction and steep access road) that runs above and parallel to the River Dart. Dartmouth's boutiques, restaurants and tea rooms, as well as the river itself are just 5-10 minutes walk away. Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10 minute drive whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.

ENTRANCE The property is accessed directly from Above Town into a ground floor hallway off which is a twin/double bedroom and door to the garage - stairs lead up to the first floor accommodation. There is additional access to the house from the gated side entrance, leading through to the tiled utility room and kitchen, great for cleaning off muddy paws!
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM This bright and spacious open-plan area (on the first floor) features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with tiled flooring and four skylights (including one large, electronically controlled Velux window). The kitchen has a range of attractive fitted units, wooden worktops (extending to a breakfast bar), five-ring gas hob, electric eye-level oven, microwave, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a flat screen TV and large wooden table and chairs to seat six comfortably. Bi-folding doors lead out to the rear terrace, whilst stairs wind up to the sitting room above.

Also at this level is a second bedroom with double bed, bedside units and walk in cupboard. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.
