A well presented, traditional terraced cottage, offering holiday accommodation ideal for couples or a young family. The property is well equipped and boasts pleasant views of the town and estuary from the sunny decking areas, lounge and master bedroom. It is centrally situated within just a short walk (via the rear access on Baptist Lane) of the town centre, shops, restaurants, harbour and waterfront.

LOCATION Within a few minutes walk (via the rear access on Baptist Lane) of the town centre, shops, quays, harbour and waterfront.
VIEWS Pleasant views from decking area, lounge and master bedroom.
LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Open plan room. Fully refurbished kitchen with granite worktops, gas hob, electric oven and fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large integral fridge/freezer. Pine dining table and chairs. Comfortable lounge with sofas and chairs, TV, DVD, CD Player and iPod docking unit.
BEDROOMS Two in total both on the first floor. Master bedroom with king size bed and cupboard. Twin bedroom with 2'9" French beds and cupboard. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.  Travel cot and high chair provided. 
BATHROOM On the first floor is a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE To the front are two enclosed timber sun decks with lovely views. Table and chairs. Access to and from the property via Devon Road or Baptist Lane.
PARKING Free parking is usually available at the higher end of Devon Road (5-10 minutes walk) - alternatively a weekly parking pass can be purchased for the car park at Batson Creek. N.B. There are a number of steep steps leading down to the property from Devon Road - please call the Salcombe Office for further information.
OTHER INFORMATION With stripped wooden flooring and carpet throughout. Wireless internet broadband available. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smokers permitted. One well behaved dog allowed.

“A lovely well presented cottage in a great location very near the centre of Salcombe.
only drawback would be that it did get quite warm at night, the bedroom windows didn't open (or didn't seem to open), which I guess is for health and safety. Other than that 5* accommodation!”

“Fantastic, cozy winter retreat - love the open plan ground floor and the wonderful fire. Perfect for cuddling up with a book!

One tiny negative - would be great to have a heated towel rail in the bathroom - absolutely no-where to dry towels unless you get the clothes airer out which then means you have washing hanging around you.”
