VIEWS Stunning sea views across to Thurlestone Rock from the rooftop terraces.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Fully fitted kitchen with a granite worktop, 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, dining table to seat 8. There are French Doors that lead onto a very secluded and sheltered roof terrace that faces South West and is ideal for sunbathing. A highchair is also provided.
UTILITY ROOM with washing machine and tumble dryer.
LOUNGE Large superbly finished open plan living area boasting a plasma TV, DVD player and music centre. It also has a large contemporary leather sofa and chairs.
BEDROOMS Three in total. Beautiful master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes, TV and deluxe en suite bathroom with a shower, hand basin, w.c. and shaver point. The second bedroom has two 3' single beds, fitted wardrobes and drawers. The third bedroom has a 3' deluxe bunk beds suitable for adults or children and a chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels - except those for the beach - are supplied.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite is a seperate family bathroom with bath, hand basin, w.c. and shaver point.
OUTSIDE Roof terrace - accessible from kitchen and lounge - with table and chairs. The apartment is set in 1.5 acres of landscaped communal gardens including a sheltered sunken garden and barbeque area. 
PARKING Designated parking is strictly for one car only (no trailers or additional overnight visitors cars are permitted). Free parking is usually available within the village (approx. 1/2 a mile away).
