Located in the heart of Malborough next door to one of the two village pubs and within yards of the village shop, Joymead is a comfortable, mid-terrace cottage, decorated and furnished traditionally throughout. The accommodation is over two floors with lovely terrace and garden to the rear, and rural views towards Dartmoor. The popular fishing village of Hope Cove with its sandy beach and access to the coastal path is approximately two miles away whilst the famous sailing town of Salcombe is within a 10 minute drive.
LOCATION Located in the heart of the Malborough with its post office, garage/shop, a well equipped children's playground and two pubs serving food and is just a short five minute drive from the picturesque sailing town of Salcombe with its beaches, waterfront, shops and restaurants. There is also a cycle path with lovely estuary views from Malborough to Salcombe.

Bedroom two is a twin room with two single beds, wardrobe and drawers The third bedroom is just for children with bunk beds, drawers and small open wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen are included. Tenants will need to bring towels and tea towels.
