KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A newly refurbished and extended open-plan area is beautifully presented and equipped to a very high standard. SITTING ROOM A cosy second sitting room has a two large sofas, a coal effect electric fire, additional TV with BT Sport, Netflix and iPod dock.
BEDROOMS Four, all on the first floor. The master bedroom with wonderful estuary views has a King-size double bed, TV, wardrobe, dressing table and en suite with shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds, wardrobe and dressing table. A further double has a 4'6" bed, bedside tables, cupboards and large walk-in wardrobe, whilst the fourth bedroom - suitable for children only - has a set of bunk beds, desk and hanging space. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding tea towels and beach towels) are provided.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite shower room (above) is a newly renovated (winter 2017) family bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin and w.c., and on the ground floor, a newly designed tiled shower room with w.c., wash-hand basin and underfloor heating.
BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot, highchair and child friendly plates and cutlery are supplied.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the house, accessed through the dining room, is a sloping garden as well as a sunny terrace with table and chairs for eight, sun loungers and barbecue.
PARKING A parking pass is provided for one car in the long-stay car park (5-7 minutes walk). Additional on road parking is usually available nearby.
