LOCATION Towards the lower end of Devon Road within easy access of Courtenay Park, Salcombe town centre and its famous waterfront.
VIEWS Glimpses of the estuary and Batson Creek from the lounge.
ENTRANCE A flight of steep steps leads up from the parking area to the ground floor entrance and into the living accommodation.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING AREA At ground floor level is a large open plan room with stone fireplace, two comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs, flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD and CD/MP3 player.
KITCHEN Contemporary kitchen with fitted units, granite worktops, electric oven and 4 ring halogen hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
BEDROOMS On the ground floor is a double room with King-size bed, built-in wardrobe, New England style chest of drawers and french doors leading to a small decked area. En suite shower room with a power shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point. On the first floor is the twin bedroom with two 2'6" beds and chest of drawers. N.B All duvet, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot and highchair are provided.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite above is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin, shaverpoint and store cupboard/wardrobe.
OUTSIDE Private patio to front with occasional furniture.
PARKING Off road parking spaces for two cars
OTHER INFORMATION Tiled flooring in the main living areas with carpets on the stairs and in the bedrooms. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Smokers are not permitted, but one well-behaved dog is allowed in the tiled living areas only.

Great location, as only a few minutes walk to the main street and estuary. Balcony out front was very spacious and a sun trap for most of the day, having parking spaces was great (officially 2 but we only had 1 car, would have been a squeeze to get 2 in). The house itself was well laid out, and had all amenities for a week's holiday. Spotlessly clean. Double bedded room had a relatively small bed in it, and the mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, which was our only negative

Good property. Excellent location. Well equipped. Some issue with noise from flat above causing problems for sleeping of very young child in our party.

Great property & location in Salcombe, opposite the park & close to Main Street. Modern, spacious & clean decor. Worked very well for our family & dog. Great outdoor space & parking space a bonus. Only slight downside was noise from surrounding property above. However, will look to book again next year. Great service from property company.

The flat was due to be available from 3pm. We called in about 2.30 to see if it was ready, which it wasn't, so they said they would call back when it was available. They didn't. We called in at 4.30, and we're able to collect the key then. Not a brilliant start we thought. However, when I emailed on Sunday morning to say the fridge wasn't working, they were round within an hour with a replacement, and they fixed the blind which was broken - exemplary service, particularly on a Sunday.

Good location. Nice apartment. Sleeps 4 but not equipped properly for 4. Needs a few diy jobs but nothing that would spoil your stay. Lovely sun terrace.

Lovely apartment, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 2 points to note: the bin lid did not work and my brand new car had 3 big White patches on the roof and windscreen of milky white paint presumably caused by the driving rain into the open carport. It has been quite tricky to get off. Staff at C and C clearly were aware of the issue, might be worth warning future residents.
