Main Top is a bright and sunny first floor apartment with stunning estuary views and parking, and within a short walk of Salcombe town centre. The accommodation was fully renovated and refurbished in 2016 to a very good standard throughout, and includes two cosy bedrooms ideally set up for a couple and one/two young children, a family bathroom, and a spacious open plan living area. The location offers quick (mostly downhill) access to the town, and a 10-12 minute walk to North Sands beach.

LOCATION The apartment sits within a newly redeveloped property towards the lower end of Devon Road, just 5-7 minutes’ mostly downhill walk into Salcombe.  The famous harbour and estuary, popular with sailors and other watersports enthusiasts, is very close by, whilst the beautiful beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay can be accessed via a small passenger ferry that runs from the town all year round.

ENTRANCE From the parking area in Devon Road a shared front door (for two apartments) leads into a lobby at ground floor level – stairs leads up to the Main Top apartment entrance on the first floor.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A spacious and tastefully presented open-plan living space with delightful views across the estuary. The large, well equipped kitchen has a range of newly fitted cream units, attractive granite worktop, four-ring electric hob and oven, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, and central island with breakfast bar and two stools.  There is also a space-saving, folding dining table that can open up to seat up to four guests.  The sitting area has two double sofas, coffee table, bookshelves and wall-mounted Smart TV.
BEDROOMS Two, both accessed directly from the living area.  The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside units, fitted wardrobe and drawers. The second bedroom is a small bunk room, strictly for children only (with 2’6” beds).  This room has lovely views over the town and estuary.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
BATHROOM A fully-tiled family bathroom has a bath, shower (over), vanity unit with basin, w.c., illuminated mirror, and heated towel rail.
PARKING Off road parking for one car in allocated bay.
OTHER INFORMATION Attractive laminate flooring in the living area, with carpet in both bedrooms.  Electric heating and hot water via immersion.  Wireless broadband internet is available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
