Front door to a ground floor entrance lobby with hooks and large cupboard area for storing wetsuits and other equipment, ideal after a day exploring the local sandy beaches. KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A stunning open plan, incredibly spacious area, perfect for entertaining, relaxing or simply enjoying the wonderful views. The beautifully designed kitchen, with granite work surfaces, five ring gas hob, double Neff ovens and microwave, Neff dishwasher, wine cooler, and Siemens American style fridge-freezer, makes self catering a pleasure. An attractive oak breakfast bar has three stools, whilst a dining table seating up to eight, and windows overlooking Salcombes Whitestrand Quay, complete the picture! BEDROOMS Four in total, of which three are on the first floor. The superb en suite master bedroom has a wonderful, large picture window offering amazing views across the water from the raised super-King size bed. This lovely bedroom suite is furnished elegantly with a two seater sofa, two double built-in wardrobes, bedside units and a large fitted dressing table with stool. The beautifully tiled en suite has a bath with shower over, vanity unit with basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light. The second double bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and views over Whitestrand. A third offers options for up to four children as it contains two sets of full-size wooden bunk beds, two double built-in wardrobes with drawers, and offers views over Whitestrand. Finally, on the second floor, there is a further en suite bedroom with two single beds, bedside units, double built-in wardrobe and en suite with shower, w.c, wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.
