Full Details

LOCATION The property is located in Warren Road, a generally quiet and mostly residential area of the village.  The beautiful sandy beach is just 5 minutes downhill walk away with the beach shop, café and surf school (offering surfing, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding hire/lessons etc.) close by – the South West Coast Path is also close by whilst Bigbury’s challenging 18-hole links golf course is within a short 5-minute drive.  The ‘famous’ sea tractor (see in ‘Photos’) runs across to Burgh Island and the Pilchard Inn all year round.
VIEWS Superb sea views from most rooms and the garden
ENTRANCE From the driveway into a small lobby area and then through to the hallway with Karndean flooring.  The hallway offers level access to the living accommodation, bedrooms, bath/shower rooms and utility area.

BEDROOMS Four in total, all with new mattresses (2017). Two double bedrooms each have wooden-framed King-size beds, bedside tables/units, drawers and wardrobe – one has French doors to the terrace and garden.  A twin room has two wooden-framed single beds and bedside unit, whilst the small fourth bedroom (for children only) has a set of bunk beds.  N.B.
