Southcliffe is a tastefully presented waterside villa with stunning views as far as South Pool Creek, situated on the outskirts of Kingsbridge but within walking distance of the town's shops, restaurants and other facilities - the beautiful Start Bay coastline is nearby whilst the famous sailing town of Salcombe is within 10-15 minutes drive. LOCATION On the outskirts of Kingsbridge but within walking distance (three quarters of a mile) of the towns' shops, restaurants and other facilities. The beautiful Start Bay coastline is within a pleasant 5 mile drive whilst the famous sailing town of Salcombe is within 10-15 minutes drive (or gentle cruise along the estuary, tide permitting!)

BEDROOMS Three in total. On the ground floor is a pretty bedroom with 4'6" double bed, wardrobe and dresser. On the 1st floor is a second double bedroom with King-size mahogany bed, wardrobe, drawers/dresser, 19" flat screen TV and bedside units. Twin bedroom with 3' single beds, wardrobe, drawers and bedside unit. Stunning views from each of the 1st floor bedrooms. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.

PARKING For one medium-sized car in shared parking bay on Embankment Road. Additional/alternative parking available nearby.
OTHER INFORMATION Heating and hot water by gas-fired central heating. Two well-behaved dogs permitted (ground floor only). Strictly non-smoking. Broadband internet available. N.B. Access to Southcliffe from Embankment Road is via a flight of mainly shallow steps - approx. 45 in total - and short pathways. Due to the steepness of the internal staircase and proximity of the parking bay to the main road this property may not be ideal for families with very young children.
