“Spindrift is stunning in every way. We had a week of lovely walks, home cooked food and stayed in a beautifully loved house. Thank you to the owners and we looked after it as our own. Your attention to detail is perfect: from The White Company bed lined through to all the utensils we could ever need. The table tennis gave hours of amusement as did the films, games and Xbox. We truly had a much needed break as a mom with her children and grandchildren. A beautiful house in a stunning village.”

“Absolutely first class accommodation. This cottage had absolutely everything. Not just well equipped in terms of what's in the cottage but the quality of everything is to the highest standard.

The cottage was spotless throughout and the main areas really spacious with a great flat screen and comfortable seating.

The small playroom was perfect for our 5 year old, bean bags, X box .. perfect for a rainy evening should the weather take a turn for the worst.

The kitchen is bright and airy, with everything you could want and again quality throughout.

Highly recommended.”

“We thought that Sprindrift was an exceptional property and you were not wanting for anything. A few minor issues which was filled in by myself at the property for Coast and Country questionnaire and posted was the ensuite bathroom did not have a toilet roll holder plus the shower did not have the facility to put any toiletries. This was also a problem in the other bathroom even though around the basin it had an awful lot space. It meant, you had to go backwards and forwards to the twin and double bedroom to fetch the required items. The house could have been clean better some items needed attention, eg hairs, considerable dust under TV and the cooker racks once turned were dark brown underneath. The garden even though it was lovely had not had the lawns cut for a long time and with having a dog was rather a nuisance. Our biggest concern was that by the side of the garage their must have been 6/8 black bin bags which had not been taken away and did not look at all inviting to the property. We did try and put our rubbish in the bin out but was told that our rubbish would not be collected as we were in a Holiday Rental. To me this concern lies with the Coast and Country Holiday company.”

“Excellent house, very well equipped and in a good location.  The fact that we could bring the dog was a real bonus.  The hotel and pub down the road are both excellent.”
