Spindrift is a delightful single storey detached house, equipped to an excellent standard throughout, situated within just a few minutes walk of Thurlestone village and the beautiful South Devon coastline. This spacious property is ideally suited to larger family parties or two couples (with or without dogs!), looking for a great base and quality accommodation within easy reach of this picturesque Devon village.

LOCATION The house sits on the edge of the Thurlestone Mead, a quiet, mostly residential development within the village. Thurlestone's famous 4-Star hotel - with its Par 3 golf course, popular restaurant and pub - the village stores/post office, and the challenging 18-hole links golf course are just a short walk away. There are a number of popular beaches nearby whilst the famous sailing waters of Salcombe are within a pleasant 10-15 minute drive
ENTRANCE From the driveway there is covered access into a good-sized hallway with laminate wooden flooring. The hallway offers level access to much of the living accommodation in one direction with just two steps up to three of the bedrooms in the other
SITTING ROOM A very spacious and well presented living room with high vaulted ceiling and painted wooden beams is tastefully furnished with two large double sofas, one love chair, coffee table, flatscreen TV with Sky HD including movies (Sky Sports available at an extra cost), Blu-ray DVD player and Sonos sound bar. The central feature of the room is an open fireplace with painted brick surround and slate hearth. The small adjacent PLAYROOM offers games, toys, books and play space for younger children as well as a TV and an Xbox One console
KITCHEN A very well-equipped kitchen has a range of fitted wall and floor units, four-ring Neff induction hob, Neff electric oven and microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools. Door out to rear garden. The adjoining UTILITY ROOM houses a larder fridge/freezer, washing machine, sink and units. Access to a small CLOAKROOM with w.c. and basin, and door through to a small bunk bedded room. Further access to a large garage with tumble drier, table tennis table and dartboard

The master bedroom has a wooden-framed super-King size bed, matching bedside units, drawers and wardrobe, and beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom, bath (with hand-held shower), separate walk-in shower cubicle, vanity unit with basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. A second double has a wooden-framed King-size bed with matching bedside units and wardrobe. The adjacent twin room has two wooden-framed single beds and large set of matching drawers. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied
