The reverse level accommodation is very tastefully presented throughout and is ideally suited to a large family group looking to explore the beautiful surrounding coast and countryside. Bolberry Down is an area of rugged National Trust land between Hope Cove and Salcombe, only a few minutes drive from the village of Malborough and a short walk to The Port Light pub/restaurant and South West Coast Path.

LOCATION Bolberry Down is an area of rugged National Trust land between Hope Cove and Salcombe, only a few minutes drive from the village of Malborough and a short walk to The Port Light and South Devon Coastal Path.

ENTRANCE A large and very spacious hallway.
BEDROOMS Four in total - all on ground floor. Master bedroom with King-size bamboo framed bed, two seater leather sofa, dressing room and hanging space. Doors out to garden and terrace. En suite bathroom with bath and shower, wash hand basin and w.c. Second double bedroom with metal-framed bed, wardrobe and TV. Bedroom three with double bed this bedroom also has an en suite shower room, wash hand basin and w.c. Bedroom 4 has three 3ft single beds. N.B All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided -  tenants require towels and tea towels.
UTILITY ROOM Adjacent to the master bedroom is a large utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, fitted units and door out to garden.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the two en suites above is a family bathroom (also on the ground floor) with bath, shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.
LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM On the first floor is a lovely open plan 'T' shaped room built into the panelled eaves. At one end of the room is a comfortable lounge area with doors out to balcony three and four seater sofas, TV and DVD player. At the other is a leather sofa and recliner chair, large pine dining table with 8 chairs, small put up table and four extra chairs. Between and 'off' the two is a very well presented kitchen with ceramic hob, double electric oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Belfast sink, cream units and wooden work-top.
SITTING ROOM/SNUG Beyond the dining area, through double doors is a separate room ideal for a quiet read or children's escape! With sofa, table, chairs, colour TV and Playstation.
OUTSIDE Wonderful new balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful views across neighbouring fields and out to sea.  Good-sized area of lawn to the side and rear of the property. Small terrace with table and chairs (outside shed with extra garden furniture).
PARKING Ample space for several cars on drive in front of the property.
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly carpet throughout. Oil fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Telephone available for local and incoming calls only (N.B. Mobile telephone reception is very poor in this location).

“We all love the house and layout. At full capacity there would be no problem as the rooms are much bigger than we expected and as there ware only six of us there was more than enough space so we were not overcrowded and the two boys thought it was great that they had a bedroom each and only had to share one bathroom between them and the adults appreciated the en-suites.
It was very well equipped, better than other places we have stayed at. Masses of chinaware so no problem of running out before the dishwasher finished.
Loved the outside veranda to sit on and the views from all the windows. Every day we had a visit from the scruffiest sheep in the field next door who arrived in the back garden via the back end of the garage and left by leaping off the raised bank at the side.
The position of the house is ideal with fantastic views all round. Kingsbridge is very convenient for topping up with groceries etc., being only a short distance away.
There are many beautiful beaches to visit which was ideal for the younger people in our group while Nan and Grandad walked for miles along the gorgeous cliff tops.”
