Topside is a two storey cottage-style apartment with all the living accommodation at the upper level and a superb private outdoor swimming pool and terrace. It is comfortably furnished and well maintained throughout. Topside is the ideal property for families and couples looking for a convenient base in the very heart of the town.
LOCATION 'Hidden' behind and above a series of small independent shops in central Salcombe, just a few yards from Fore Street itself and the town's famous waterfront, boutiques, cafes and restaurants.
ENTRANCE A series of stone steps lead down from Buckley Street to the main entrance (which can also be accessed via a narrow alleyway between shops in Fore Street). The entrance leads directly into the kitchen.
KITCHEN Galley-style kitchen with fitted units, 4-ring electric hob and oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A step down leads into the sitting/dining room.
SITTING/DINING ROOM A comfortable sitting area (overlooking the terrace and pool area) with two sofas and matching armchair, stone fireplace with electric stove, television and DVD player. The dining area has an oval wooden table with chairs.
BEDROOMS Three in total. The main bedroom has a wooden framed double bed, bedside units, dressing table and fitted wardrobes. The adjacent twin room has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside units and drawers. The third bedroom is off the dining area and has a single bed, bunk beds, bedside unit, drawers and wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen are supplied - tenants need to hire or bring towels.

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS A recently fitted family bathroom sits between the double and twin bedroom. Bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and shaver point. There is also a small shower room with shower cubicle and wash-hand basin off the dining area. Separate w.c.
SWIMMING POOL A spiral staircase leads down to the lower level and out to an elevated heated swimming pool, private patio and terraced area with garden furniture (N.B. The pool is available from late-May to mid-September only)
PARKING A parking pass can be supplied (at additional cost) for the nearby long-stay car park approximately 5-7 mins walk away.
