The property

Baytree Cottage, a two-bedroom barn conversion in Churston Ferrers near Galmpton in Devon, sits atop a lovely courtyard development.

Located close to local facilities and a beautiful beach, Baytree Cottage is a great place for two couples or a family of four to stay while exploring Devon.

Upon arrival, you'll be met by an immaculate front yard with gravel and chairs for alfresco dining and savouring the final rays of the day's rays.

Make your way into the spacious living area, where you'll be greeted by two sofas to sink into in front of the Smart TV while the electric fire gives a glow and warmth to the room.

The kitchen/diner is where you'll find the electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher to help you whip up flavorful meals for your visitors with the help of the electric oven, gas hob, and dishwasher.

Prepare for the days ahead while you have a nice dinner at the dining table for four.

You'll find two well-appointed king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor, so you can sleep whatever many people you like.
