The property

Upton Grange is a stylish holiday home situated in the idyllic coastal village of Bantham, just a 5-minute drive away from Bantham Beach, one of South Devon’s most popular surfing destinations.

Tastefully furnished and presented to a high standard throughout, this Four Star Gold awarded property offers a superb retreat for an extended family or 3-4 couples.

From the private driveway, which offers parking facilities for four cars and one boat, a ground floor entrance opens into a spacious and welcoming hallway.

On the ground floor, the open-plan living area includes three comfortable three-seater sofas, a dining table and chairs to seat 10 guests, and large glass doors that open out to the idyllic garden.

Boasting a high-vaulted ceiling with characteristic beams, as well as two wood-burning stoves, this spacious room is charming and cosy. The elegant kitchen is equipped to a very high standard, with a range of quality appliances and a stunning kitchen island to make cooking on holiday a breeze.

For casual dining, there is a separate seating area next to the kitchen for up to four guests. Also on the ground floor is a red music room/snug where you can gather round to enjoy a holiday sing-a-long by the piano, or simply relax in comfort. Additional extras, such as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor.

There is a highchair and a travel cot is also available There are four bedrooms in total.

On the ground floor is one double with en-suite shower room.

On the first floor is the spacious and contemporary King-size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing table, TV and lovely views.

Also on this level is a further double bedroom and one twin room.

In addition to the two en-suites is a further family bathroom. To the rear of the house is a good-sized patio with loungers, outdoor seating and a BBQ.

An extensive garden with a swing chair and further outdoor seating is the perfect space to relax and listen to birds singing.
