Im so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Elworthy once again. Thank you for your comments we do try hard to make the cottage as comfortable as possible. Its situation and ample parking makes it a special place to stay for attractive walking to town along the creek. Property Owner

The property

Holding character and tradition from its thatched roof to its wooden beams, Elworthy is a traditional Grade II listed cottage, perfect for your family retreat to Salcombe, and only a 15 minute walk along the side of the creek into town.

Step inside to find a snug sitting room home to a woodburning stove, there's no better spot to spend an evening unwinding as the dinner simmers in the kitchen.

The kitchen is also home to a modest dining area where you can gather to discuss your plans for the day ahead while enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal.

When sleep calls, head up the stairs to find two bedrooms; consisting of a king-size room and a twin, it offers the perfect layout for a small family to rest before delving into action the next day.

Outside is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or alfresco dining straight from the barbecue in the summer months amongst the coastal breeze.

Enjoy a cup of coffee in the pretty garden and take in the views from the patio whilst soaking in the sun.

Elworthy is a delight of a dwelling, a perfect base for enjoying the wonders of South Devon.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.
