The property

The Lobster Pot is situated in a peaceful seaside location, just a few steps from the shingle beach in the fishing village of Beesands.

This newly refurbished dog-friendly holiday home is arranged over three floors and boasts superb sea views from the spacious living accommodation, balcony and three of the bedrooms.

From the spacious parking area (for 2-3 cars), the main entrance door offers ground floor access into an entrance hallway.

The utility room (with purpose built dog shower!), cloakroom, and three of the bedrooms are at this level.

Two similar en suite bedrooms with King-size beds, each enjoy sea views and access to the terrace and garden via sliding doors – one en suite has a shower whilst the other includes a bath with separate shower.

Third bedroom is set up as a single bed with a trundle underneath (please request use of this bed) and has an en suite shower room.

The first floor has a spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, boasting lovely sea views and with glass doors out to a large decked balcony, with seating.

Kitchen is beautifully appointed, with Silestone worktop, wine fridge and Neff appliances, whilst the living/dining area is very comfortable.

Second floor has a master bedroom offering stunning sea views via ‘picture’ windows, incorporating a Juliet balcony.

This bedroom has a King size bed and fully-tiled en suite bathroom with bath.

This stylish, beachside holiday home is perfect for parties of up to eight people, (maximum six adults and two children), looking for a luxurious seaside retreat.

The small fishing village of Beesands is situated within the South Hams area of Devon, within reach of the towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Beesands has a Blue Flag, mile-long shingle beach, a village green, a beach shop and café, a fishing tackle shop, the award-winning Cricket Inn and a large freshwater lake, known as Widdecombe Ley, from where a variety of bird and wildlife can be seen.
