The popular 16th century village pub, The Dolphin, is within 5 minutes’ walk, serving real ale and home-cooked meals using local produce. Kingston is just 4 miles from the Georgian town of Modbury and 15-20 minutes’ drive from the market town of Kingsbridge. The city of Plymouth, with attractions including The National Marine Aquarium and Plymouth Hoe, plus the bars and restaurants of waterfront areas including The Barbican, is 20 or so miles away.
