    “Lovely place to stay.”

    Very well presented. Comfortable beds. Nice lounge. Well equipped and useful kitchen. Useful things like a little milk, dishwasher tablets etc.. are very useful. There is also a built in washer/dryer which was handy. Able to get to Woodlands, South Devon railway and a cool model village is just down the road. Beach in walking distance (some steps). Went with my little boy, and he already wants to go back!! ...

There is also a built in washer/dryer which was handy. Able to get to Woodlands, South Devon railway and a cool model village is just down the road. Beach in walking distance (some steps). Went with my little boy, and he already wants to go back!! Minor improvements - a fan for the bedroom(s) would be great, and BBC1 TV reception is hit and miss (but it is on a steep hill so this can probably not be helped - kept missing good bits of the Commonwealth Games!!)
