From Bolberry Down, walk to the fishing village of Hope Cove (around 20 minutes walk), or visit the picturesque sailing town of Salcombe, just a 15 minute drive away.

At the front of the property is a terrace which leads directly into the ground floor living area.

The open plan kitchen, sitting and dining room has pretty seaside features, comfortable corner sofa, stool, side table and a unit housing the smart TV and DVD player.

Light and airy, contemporary kitchen, with a washing machine in a separate utility room.

Master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, two bedside cabinets with sidelights and chest of drawers, with door leading out to balcony with 180-degree views of striking coast and countryside, with outdoor seating for two.

Second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, with ability to create one super-King bed on request.

Bedroom two has bedside cabinets with side light, chest of drawers and stunning countryside views across Bolberry Down.

Additional built-in wardrobes available on the landing.

First floor family bathroom with panelled bath and separate shower cubicle.

Ground floor shower room with shower cubicle.

Outside there is an east-facing patio, and to the rear there is a west-facing courtyard, both with garden furniture.

The recently renovated Ocean Reach restaurant and bar is a must visit destination in Bolberry, with stunning sea views and locally sourced food. Take advantage of the beautiful scenic coastline, by walking to Salcombe, via the popular East Soar Outdoor Experience, with a delightful barn on the headland, just above picturesque Salcombe, providing an ideal opportunity to indulge in delicious homemade cakes and cosy warm drinks, as well as outdoor education for kids. Alternatively, Hope Cove is only 8-10 minutes’ drive away, and Salcombe just a 12-15 minute car journey.

Bedroom two is furnished with two single beds which can be linked together to create a Super-King bed. This must be requested at the time of booking.

Up to two small/medium sized well behaved dogs permitted at a charge of £30 per per per week.
