The property

Set in superb private grounds, Links Court is a development of apartments that sits close to two of South Devon’s most beautiful beaches, Thurlestone and South Milton Sands, on a headland next to the golf course.

13 Links Court is a spacious first floor apartment with lovely views out over the sea and surrounding countryside.

The apartment is accessed through a communal main front entrance from the private carpark.

Off a small lobby is the kitchen complete with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The open plan lounge/dining room is extremely spacious and offers two dining tables placed together to accommodate six comfortably.

A couple of small steps lead up to the lounge where guests can relax on a comfortable sofa and chairs.

A TV and DVD player are also available.

Three bedrooms in total provide sleeping arrangements for six guests.

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and benefits from stunning sea views, whilst the two rear bedrooms have twin beds and built in wardrobes.

The larger of the twin rooms has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over.

There is an additional family bathroom.

Outside, guests have use of the communal gardens and a heated outdoor pool (summer months only).

The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.

Swimming pool is open during summer months only. No children under the age of 5 permitted.
