“Lovely cottage in quiet location.”

Close to local attractions and next to a great pub. Owner very friendly. Lovely big bed and spacious bathroom. The only thing is we had to buy a fan as was warm but that wasn't a big issue. We will definitely return.

“Absolutely delightful cottage , met by Anabel (the owner ) upon arrival .”

It well situated for the coast , moors , etc. The Tradesman Arm pub is a 2 min walk from the cottage food was excellent and staff very friendly. Totally recommend wisteria cottage . The welcome scones and Prosecco were lovely xx

“Wisteria Cottage is an ideal place for a couple.”

It is accessible being only 12 minutes from the A38. The cottage is spotless and has everything you need and is tastefully decorated. Annabel is a great host, warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The homemade scones, fresh cream and Prosecco all made us feel very welcome. The dog was well catered for too, towels, treats and even a warm water dog shower was available. It is a lovely place to stay and is well placed for exploring South Devon.

“Location brilliant!”

Accommodation facilities, comfort and decor was to a very high standard. Welcome from the owner was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. There was nothing lacking from our break, even the weather was brilliant. Food and hospitality at the local pub was lovely. We couldn't recommend enough. We can't wait to go back there.

“We had a very enjoyable and relaxing weekend in Annabelle's cottage - despite storm Alex!”

It's a perfect bolthole for two. Lots of walking on the doorstep. And even when we decided it was too wet to go walking, the smart TV and Bose sound system meant that we could relax in comfort. The Tradesman's Arms is just a few minutes walk away and serves great home cooked food. Everyone very welcoming and friendly... and the clotted cream from Scoriton Farm is to die for!

“The cottage was very well appointed with everything you could think of provided.”

A lovely big bedroom and super king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with the wet area shower. The lounge very comfortable with thought to all the soft furnishings and pictures, it was a nice space to come back to. The kitchen was very well equipped too. Our dogs were made very welcome with bowls, towels and doggy treats. Annabel was very welcoming when we arrived and there were home made scones with clotted cream and jam provided, plus a bottle of bubbly. The location was a great central point for visiting the coast or Dartmoor and beautiful walks from the cottage up to the moors. We were blessed with 2 lovely autumn sunshine days such helped! We would definitely recommend.

“A great little property ideally situated for Dartmoor and the coast.”

Very comfortable and equipped with everything required, with an added bonus of electric blankets on the bed! Home made cream tea left for us by host Annabel, who is a lovely lady, very friendly but not intrusive. The roads in this area are single lane with high hedges, and may not be suitable for nervous drivers. Would highly recommend.
