    “In general we were very pleased with the property although we were unable to use the electric fire.”

    Temperatures had dropped but we had no control over the heating because it was locked. We complained to the owner, twice, but the situation wasn't resolved and the property was cold and meant we didn't enjoy our stay as much as we would have liked.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!Just to clarify, the fireplace is available for all guests to use, and the remote control is located on the table along with the others for easy access. According to my app, the temperature in the house was at 20°C during your stay, which is considered a comfortable and livable temperature, especially for early October. Property Owner
