A lovely, clean, spacious cottage with the most beautiful view.

So much do to around Dartmouth with the kids and adults. There was a welcome kit for us containing dishwasher and laundry tablets. Also a pack with teas, coffees and milk. They even gave me a happy birthday card with some lovely chocolates. We had the best time and it the cottage was pure luxury. Would love to go back one day!

Excellent property, clean and well maintained.

Only minor problem was the TV remote wouldn't switch TV on and off, otherwise perfect.

Ground floor apartment including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace and fantastic view of the river.

The sun shone for each of our seven breakfasts and we had to wear sunglasses! Really quiet surroundings and no problems with seagulls. Bathrooms very good and a robe would have added luxury. A good night's sleep would be even better with lighter duvet and pillows. Bedroom windows difficult to open/close. You won't be able to use the Nespresso coffee machine unless you bring your own Vertuo coffee pods. Not enough door wedges and note that the on/off TV remote button does not work - you have to find the on/off button on the TV itself. Really good having Netflix etc. A perfect break for us made the more enjoyable by the C&C staff at the Dartmouth office....

Second time in number 30 it is fabulous views are the best the king size mattress is not the best the sofas are great to look at but not the most comfy but overall fabulous holiday

Wow we were worried because of previous feedback well everything was perfect.

No chipped crockery. We loved it. TV was easy to work. Beds nice we like firm beds. Lovely shower. Also a small welcome pack tea sugar and milk also small pack of washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Spare black bin liners. We shall definitely return. Thanks to the staff also

We have stayed at thIs property several times,and it has become one of our favourite places.

This was a very stylish and modern apartment directly on the waterfront .

Very easy walk to all Dartmouth’s attractions. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Disappointingly there were no provisions provided, no dishcloth not even one dishwasher tablet. In our fairly extensive experience both as renters and renters, there is usually a ‘starter’ pack. Otherwise great.

What an amazing property, from the easy level parking, great terrace overlooking the river, premium feel of the furnishings and brilliant showers.

I was a little concerned by some of the negative reviews but I needn't have worried, yes there were a couple of chipped plates but plenty that weren't, the kitchen was well equipped with good clean appliances and instructions, the lounge furniture was very good (electrically reclining sofas that must be a first in a holiday rental (and you could plug both in)) and a nice big TV. The beds were firm but certainly no complaints. If I'm being picky it would have been nice to have a spare bin liner and a couple of dishwasher tablets but overall my new favourite place to stay in Dartmouth.

Property was fantastic.

Just a few little things. The smaller sofa in the middle of the room was a bit uncomfortable if it was sat on for any length of time only due to the fact that it did not recline as it could not be plugged in. The only ceiling light in the master bedroom flickered. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

The beds in both bedrooms are very uncomfortable.

The single beds in the second bedroom are virtually solid just a hard mattress on a solid bass. unable to sleep. Missing ceiling light in main bedroom and another that consistently flickered. Missing ceiling light in second bedroom Shower door to ensuite sounds as if the glass is going to break every time it is closed. Needs some attention. Entrance door difficult to open with key. Patio door lock and latch need some maintenance. Could be such a lovely apartment but would not book again because of the beds.

We love this fabulous apartment and its location, the only things that make us reconsider booking again are;- The beds are very hard, crockery is limited and some are chipped, there are never any dishwasher tablets, or welcome pack (milk/tea bags/coffee), the TV only works via catchup apps (terrestrial TV only often shows one channel), the patio table was very dirty, and patio door/lock very stiff.

Having said all of this we have stayed several times and will more than likely be back - these are only minor details that could improve things for us and others if put right.

The lack of a welcome folder,meant we had no WIFI information or how to work tv.

Nor how we should leave used bedding etc. this meant contacting the local office and them coming to the flat. Not the best start to a holiday. Carl who did come to the flat was pleasant and helpful,but was a waste of his time. The folder would have saved all that

Stunning clean apartment but it deserves much better furnishings as said previously in reviews bed uncomfortable sofas uncomfortable internal doors slam,chipped crockery.

A wonderful apartment with a stunning terrace.

BUT, the negative comments in the On-line reviews have not been remedied - there is still lots of chipped crockery, the beds are uncomfortable and there are no serving dishes. On top of these, this week, the TV did not get any BBC channels and the shower door makes an incredibly loud cracking sound when being opened - we called a C&C maintenance person who shot a video of it , but neither issues were corrected during our stay. It made us think about who is actually responsible for correcting the problems which are mounting up......how many negative reviews will there be?

beautiful apartment with wonderful views the main bed was not very comfy and the sofas were not too comfy for relaxing there was some chipped crockery.

The rest of the apartment was fabulous and we loved our stay, thank you, definitely a fabulous holiday.

The apartment is ideally situated and has a great view.

Unfortunately the comfort of the beds, pillows and sofas were very poor resulting in making us cut short our stay. The kitchen could be better equipped. Plenty of cooking ware but no serving dishes or oven ware. I respect the idea is for folks to eat out but….. also it would be good to have some grab bars in the bathrooms. Hate to moan and hope this is taken as constructive criticism!

Excellent well equipped property in superb location.

I believe on arriving at the property someone should guide you through aspects of certain features available ie, WIFI, microwave , television , towel rail heater location etc, general information helps with the first couple of days with familiiarisation , the other less important issue was the door self closures especially the two external doors , I really feel sorry for the immediate neighbours you can wedge internal doors but not external .

Lovely apartment.

Wonderful Terrace. Spotlessly clean. Sofas a courageous choice. Look really smart. New. Not a relaxing choice however. A couple of less 'packed' pillows would be good for choice. Those doors, we did try very hard to minimize the slamming, bearing in mind the neighbours are permanent residents. I would go again, the terrace is really good, as are bathrooms, kitchen, & general light & space.

The sofas are very very uncomfortable.

They are short and none of our party found them comfortable. This was a major disadvantage and would make us choose another dart apartment over this one. The double bed has a low hard end which we knocked into constantly and were left bruised. The outside table is very damaged and could do with a respirator and one arm was very loose. These apartments should also come with basic cleaning products so you can keep it clean.
