Located in the South Hams AONB in the lively Devon town of Dartmouth, is the wonderful two-bedroom cottage of 31 Crowthers Hill.

The property is a wonderful home for couples or a family of four looking for a new adventure in Devon, with stunning views out to Kingswear from its own private garden and a contemporary interior complete with all the comforts.

After a day of activity, you and your loved ones can relax on the plush seating in the sitting area with your favourite drink in hand thanks to the stylish drink's cabinet as your favourite show plays out on the Smart TV.

Prepare delectable meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker, ready to serve at the dining table for four people.

You can dine outside on warmer days in the private garden, which has two seating areas and views above the rooftops to the River Dart and Kingswear beyond.

Climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you can catch your rest in one of two well-presented bedrooms, a double with Smart TV and a 4’6 double with french doors leading out onto and inset balcony, or a further double bedroom with a 4' bed.

The Dartmouth Museum is housed in a 17th-century merchant's home, the 16th-century Bayard's Cove Fort, and the 15th-century Dartmouth Castle, which overlooks the Dart Estuary, are all easily accessible and sure to entice any budding historians.

A stroll along the lovely harbour or a picnic in the Royal Avenue Gardens, which are dotted with flowers and sculptures, are two must-dos when visiting.

You can also rent a boat to explore the Dart River or take a ferry to Kingswear, a nearby village.

Visitors to the village can take a scenic ride on the Dartmouth Steam Railway, stop for refreshments at The Ship Inn and Steam Packet before exploring the renowned National Trust site of Coleton Fishacre to see its vibrant exotic gardens.

Further afield you will find Totnes Castle, the Totnes Fashion and Textile Museum, as well as the beautiful Borough Park.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth. No parking at the property but on street parking is available close by and a parking permit for the town centre car park for an unallocated space is also provided.

Please note the house is situated on Crowther's Hill. (Steep and narrow access road).
