    “The front door lock is wearing needs to be replaced.”

    The parking facilities are useless for anything larger than a “very”small car and mounting the curb on uneven groundThe public car parks difficult to always get a space, In season would be horrendous. If R@R want regular bookings may I suggest this problem needs sorting as double yellow lines outside property. The property itself is spotlessly clean with everything you would need.

The property

R & R' (Rest and Recuperation!) is a delightful three-storey terrace house within easy reach of Dartmouth town centre.

The very well equipped accommodation is tastefully presented throughout and is an ideal base from which to explore this famous naval town, the surrounding coastline and beautiful local beaches. The property is on Victoria Road, approximately 5 minutes walk from the Old Market Square and the town's famous waterfront, restaurants and tea rooms.

The River Dart can be easily reached for boat trips, crabbing or simply to watch the world go by - Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10 minute drive whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth. Steps lead up from Victoria Road to the main entrance, and into the ground floor lobby with wooden flooring. A very attractively decorated and tastefully furnished open plan living room with wooden flooring that in turn leads through to the kitchen at the rear of the house.

The comfortable lounge area has a three-seater leather sofa (with leg extension), single leather armchair, window seat (in the bay), large flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player.

The dining area has a pine table seating up to six, as well as a lovely oak sideboard and Phillips sound dock. A recent extension to the rear houses a superb, modern kitchen with gloss units and wooden worktops.

Fitted appliances include a DeLonghi range with five-ring gas burner and two ovens, dishwasher and washing machine, whilst in addition there is a freestanding fridge/freezer and microwave.

A door leads to the rear yard/access pathway to 3 neighbouring properties. Two spacious double bedrooms.

On the first floor is twin room with two leather framed single beds, matching pine bedside units, drawers and wardrobe, as well as leather bucket chair and storage chest.

The sunny main bedroom (on the second floor) has a super-King size bed, bedside drawers and dressing table, and sun lounger!

The room has sliding doors out to a small balcony with views over neighbouring gardens.

On the first floor is fully tiled family bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, heated towel rail, w.c., wash-hand basin and under-floor heating.

There is one allocated space for a small/medium sized car situated 5 minutes from the property.

Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
